25 years before Clint Eastwood was “The Enforcer,” Warner Bros. cast Humphrey Bogart in a different movie of the same name, loosely based on the 1930’s gang of hired killers known as “Murder Inc.” In France it was presented as “La Femme a Abattre” (“The Woman Down”). Zero Mostel steals the show as “Big Babe” Lazick.
